This is a brand new Monks Bench, and is solid Pine. I've painted it in Miss Mustard Seeds Milk Paint, in the beautiful colours Boxwood , which is a lovely warm green, with Lucketts Green over the top, it's then been sanded and distressed to show the 2 colours. The panels are original hand painted by me, they are painted in artists acrylics. It has a lovely verse written by Emily Dickinson on the centre panel. The whole thing has been waxed using Miss Mustard Seeds clear wax.
This is a unique piece, I won't be doing another one exactly the same as this again.!
